Would you consider sharing your time and life with members of ourcongregation? As you well know, visitation and pastoral care are an
important aspect of our life together. But how can one person manage it? The ministry of the Body of Christ was never intended to be one person’s role. By virtue of your baptism, all members are the priesthood of believers and are able to serve as ministers of God’s love in our words and deeds. Pastor Culynn would like to train a group of people to assist and carry out a ministry of care for members of our congregation who are shut-in, home-bound, or in care facilities. Please contact Jean Wagner if you are interested. Pastor Culynn will be leading a 3-week training on Mondays, May 7, 14, and 21 at 7:00pm.
