Earlier this afternoon, the National Weather Service upgraded the winter weather warning to a blizzard warning. After considering the forecast, road conditions, and after a conversation with Council President, Steve Berg, all church activities for tomorrow, Sunday, April 15, are cancelled. Please spread the word to anyone you think may risk themselves by trying to attend church tomorrow.
The church council meeting, which was scheduled for Sunday, has been postponed to Sunday, April 22.
I will provide a brief Service of the Word via Facebook Live later tonight. You might consider using this for worship tomorrow in your living room or at the kitchen table with your family. Oliver, Meg, and I are looking forward to “Church in our jammies!”
