On Wednesday, we will gather at Brian Bentley and Teresa Kintop’s barn for our second annual Christmas in the Barn. This evening of fellowship and fun is a unique experience of that first Christmas night in the ambiance of the barn, the traditional Christmas story, and favorite carols. I hope that you will join us! Also, on Sunday, our Children’s Faith Formation will share their program, “A Very Silly Silent Night,” during the second service.
I know that this is a very busy season for many of you. I recognize that you are pressured on every side with family, school, and work. I pray that this Advent season will give you a moment to pause and remember what all this hustle and bustle is really about…Christ came to save sinners. The tiny child of Bethlehem came to free us from every bondage, that we might know true joy through him, in this life and in the life of the world to come.
Blessings to you this Advent Season!
P.S. Be on the lookout for the love of Christ in your life this week!
