On Sunday morning, I said: “Saint Paul doesn’t just make demands from a pulpit on Sunday mornings. He uses biblical illustrations and the promises of Scripture to inform real life and daily callings. He follows the faithful into their homes and workplaces.” In other words, our marriages, families and workplaces are places where we can share God’s grace and Christ’s love. I don’t know who said it first, but essentially, “The best way to show your faith is to go home and love your family.” I pray that the stories we hear and the songs we sing on Sunday morning will be the pattern and the inspiration for your daily life. You’re invited to be a part of it…on Sundays and Wednesdays and every other day of the week; here at church or in your home!
Blessings on your week!
