Annual Meeting Update

Dear Friends in Christ,
Due to the inability to gather in large numbers and the inherent risks of
running short of a quorum, this year’s annual meeting will be conducted via
electronic and paper submissions. The Annual Report Packet will be
prepared as usual with the minutes from last year’s annual meeting,
Pastor’s report, the Church Council member reports, the Endowment
Committee report, the Treasurer’s report, the 2020 budget report and the
proposed 2021 budget. Additionally, there will be a list of nominated
candidates for the various open leadership positions within the church.
Appended to the end of the paper report will be a voting sheet.
Every member of the church will be provided a copy of the Annual Report
either electronically or by mail. Members are asked to review the packet
then vote on approval of the minutes from last year’s meeting, on the
candidate of their choice for each of the open positions and on the
proposed 2021 budget. Voting sheets can be returned electronically or in
the postage paid return envelope if you were mailed your report.
As usual, we encourage participation by all members. Get out there and
vote!
