Book Pick: Faith Alone by Joy Dice
This is a highly personal story of Joy and her son, Kevin. He was a
decorated soldier serving three tours overseas and finally came
home apparently unscathed. However, this changed suddenly when
a collapse and coma left him almost completely disabled. This is her
story of devoting her life to his well-being and, in the process,
searching those memories that will sustain them both in this new
world of truth and faith.
Joy will be our guest at this June Book Club Meeting!

Book Pick: A Dream to Follow (#1, Return to Red River series) by
Lauraine Snelling
This is a spin-off novel of the original Red River of the North series
and follows the next generation of that strong Bjorklund family of
Norwegian settlers in the Dakota Territory. The dream of
homesteading has been realized by the parents, but will the next
generation have the same dreams or will they have aspirations of
their own? Life on the prairie in the late 1800s can be full of
adventure and tough life lessons.
