Perpetual Gray. Is there any other way to describe how this Spring is going? I know that it is getting to us and our LSS Counselor, Markie, confirms that it has a major impact on our mental health. I wonder if this is how the disciples felt on Holy Saturday. Walking in the fog of grief and insufferable guilt of desertion and betrayal and abandonment. It wears on a person. But as Christ rested from all the work that he had done, God was working in the unseen; quietly preparing life from burial; getting ready to spring hope and joy in the midst of sorrow and sadness. As the world remains monochrome, even when we are unaware, never forget that God is faithful and God is working.
Hoping against Hope for the Life of Spring!
