This fall, ten confirmation students in eighth and ninth grades have been
accompanied by adult mentors for one-on-one conversation and reflection
on the Ten Commandments. Each week, one commandment serves as
the theme for the evening. We watch a video, look up Bible verses, and
discuss the expectations and benefits of each commandment. Students
are also completing a Lutheran Worldview Map, which helps them make
sense of their learning and apply it in real world situations.
