Confirmation

On Wednesday, November 29, our confirmation students offered their
Prophet Presentations. Taught by fellow classmates, confirmation students
and guides were given lessons on the twelve small scrolls at the back of the
Old Testament.
On Wednesdays, December 6 and 13, they will explore the division of
Israel’s monarchy, hear about the foreign invasions of Assyria and Babylon.
Then, they will hear about the scattering and exile of God’s people and how
God brought them back together under the leadership of Cyrus, the King of
Persia.
Confirmation classes will enjoy a Christmas break December 20 and 27.
Class resumes on January 3, when we open our Bibles to the New
Testament.
