Dear Friends in Christ,
It seems rather odd to be writing this notice to you as the snow is melting. However, after reviewing our Winter Weather Policy and various forecast reports, we want to provide an update regarding our Palm Sunday services for tomorrow, March 24, 2024.
We will have ONE Festival Service at 8:00am ONLY, followed by refreshments and the Faith Formation Hour (for all ages) at 9:15am.
We are canceling the 10:30am service because the Winter Storm Warning begins at 10:00am. We want everyone to be able to gather and celebrate Palm Sunday, and then return safely home before the heavier snow begins to fall before 12noon. We’ve made this decision tonight in order that all who wish to attend can adjust alarms and schedules. The Bethel Retreat scheduled for 12noon is also canceled.
We look forward to seeing you bright and early tomorrow for our one and only Festival Palm Sunday Service at 8:00am.
